It is always better if you talk with one of our agents before talking to the insurance company about your claim. Claims counseling is an important part of our service. We will provide you with valuable insights into the claims process ahead. Claims may be reported to our office at 412-221-7010 during regular business hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM). After hours and on weekends, our answering service will contact one of our agents that will return your call promptly.

Insurance companies, however, encourage you to report your claims directly to their claims centers. Their services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
